What are Fat Transfers?
Fat Transfers is also known as: Fat Injections, Autologous Fat Transfer, and Fat Grafting. Essentially, they all refer to the process of taking fat from an unwanted area of the body and re-injecting purified adipose fat tissues into another area of the body. The goal of fat transfers is to add fullness to an area of the body that seems to be lacking volume. Fat transfers are commonly made to the breasts buttocks, lips and face. Fat transfers to the face can be also injected into the cheeks, nasolabial folds, jawline, and the lower eye area.
